Weight based shipping:

The shipping price is based on the weights of the products ordered.

Affordable – We don’t make any money on shipping, in fact we actually cover some of the costs

Quick – Products are stored, and shipped from our own Warehouse. We only use reputable transportation companies to deliver your order quickly

Safe – Every item is inspected and properly packed by our crew for a safe trip

Easy – We advise you when order leaves our warehouse and transportation company contacts you for a delivery appointment

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days from the date on your receipt for a full refund, or exchange within 30 days from the date on your receipt. All returns or exchanges must be returned in like brand new condition, with the original package, and a copy of your original invoice. Montrealvanity.com has the right to refuse any returned items that have no package, are damaged, scratched, or have been Installed or used. Shipping or delivery fee’s are non refundable. Customers will be responsible for all inbound and outbound freight charges incurred.

Returns:

We refund any original condition merchandise with a copy of your original invoice if returned within 7 days. All returns will be credited back to the original payment type. Any shipping and handling fees that were paid with your order are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

We exchange any original condition merchandise with a copy of your original invoice within 30 days, from the date your order was shipped. All items returned for exchange, must be returned in the original package, in like brand new condition. Shipping fees may apply.

Items are not eligible to be returned or exchanged if:

. Any items that show signs that have been previously installed
. Broken or scratched items
. Items without an Invoice
. Items missing the original package

For items returned that have to be repacked by our staff, a 20% restocking fee will apply.

Items deemed defective:

Montrealvanity.com gives the right to it’s customers to fully Inspect purchased products at the time of pick up or delivery. Montrealvanity.com will not be responsible for any items that are broken, scratched, dented or mistreated after delivery and Installation. If you receive an item that is defected, you have 48h to report any damages that ocurred during shipping, from the date you received your order, noted on the Bill of Lading as “Received Damaged”.

Inspect all packages at the time of delivery BEFORE signing the receipt.
